Stotzer Perfekt Target Pistol?

I’ve enjoyed target shooting for many years, but once in a while I am intrigued by pistols of yesteryear. I’ve had the pleasure of shooting some rare pistols, most recently a Remington 1901 rolling block in 22LR. That brings me to my question. Does anyone know about the Stotzer pistol? Did the maker have a specific purpose in mind for the pistol? Here is a link to it: https://www.gunbroker.com/item/785524633

I’ve tried to find more information, but came up empty. NRA museum has one, but no information to go along with it. The double triggers are interesting too. If anyone has this pistol, I would be interested in learning more about it.

Typical example of the German free pistols from the first half of the last century. Here are two more from volume 3, Alte Scheibenwaffen. Volumes 1 and 2 describe German target rifles, volume 3 is pistols and zimmerstutzen parlor rifles, published by Tom Rowe. Not cheap, but the best (only?) English language reference to vintage German target guns.
