Is it allowable to have a radius between the vertical part of the grip and the palm shelf - see diagram attached. Sorry about the blank pages, look at last page.

There is no restriction on the size of the radius you are concerned about. The important thing is that the curve has to finish level, or downward. It can't arc back up as it goes outward from the grip.
