Pardini Fiocchi P10

Post by jdurao »

Hi there
I have recently purchased a Pardini-Fiocchi P10 in a poor condition and decided to overhaul it completely as much as possible to its original condition. I have already ordered at local dealer, a complete set of seals. After dismounting almost entirely the gun, I realised that, so far, and due to lack of instructions/manuals, I am not able to separate the trigger/valve control system, apart from the compression cylinder
Perhaps someone out there, more experienced in this could help me to face this specific task.

Tks a lot DFWdude, however despite helpful, it does not mention the solution to dismount the cylinder and keeping it apart from the trigger assembly.

It's been three decades since I worked on a P10. Does the compression tube simply not pull away from the trigger group? It's not held in place by any screws that I can remember... only by the pressure of it's o-ring.

BTW, here is a link to the official manual... http://www.pardini.it/manuali/manual%20 ... %20p10.pdf

The Pardini P10 kit shows the same diagram with a bit better resolution: https://www.pardiniguns.com/store/produ ... cts_id=908

If the cylinder seems 'stuck' to the trigger group, perhaps some Kroil might help? If that sounds like Japanese, then disregard.

Good luck!

Yes fellows, many thanks for yr kind cooperation. You are correct. I am going to try to detach the cylinder this way, otherwise I suppose I have to keep it in the current place and forget to replace the associated seals including the valve ones...
