Have a stock FWB Model 80 that still shoots great but has fore & aft movement of the top end assembly when it's cocked & ready to fire. Not much, maybe just enough to wobble it front to back. Is this normal? My other Model 80 & 65 do not have this free play. Only present when pistol is in the ready to fire condition. Just an adjustment? If so, where?
Not covered in the manual.
I appreciate any help with this.

Re: FWB 80 top end free play....
I haven't fired my 80 in a long time, just checked and found that it has the same fore & aft movement of the slide assembly you had mentioned. I feel it ever so slightly when I point the pistol upwards and lowering the pistol. Bag rested, my pistol is still capable of putting five shots into a single hole, so I guess there's no need to worry.
