How long is your follow through?
Mine is a good, long 20 seconds after the shot. Most think it is ridiculous. Looks ridiculously.
But that ridiculously long follow through really quiet me down. Really quiet me down.

I am happy for anyone who adopts a technique that improves their scores. However, my personal inclination, which has stood me in good stead for a number of years, is to ignore anything spouted by psychologists who go around saying things like, "Your brain is like a GPS". Sorry, just not on board with this.

I am the person who brought Quiet Eye to the shotgun sports. It is a very powerful tool but would take too long to discuss here.
