SAM M10 O-Ring

Post by hundert »

Hello,

I am looking for the O-Ring on the SAM M10 air pistol.

On their manual it says number 1202.

In the manual there is no dimensions for the O-ring. The company does not respond to emails (obviously).

I'd be happy to know the dimensions of the O-Ring. It's inner diameter is slightly under 3mm and the thickness should be thicker than 1.5 but appears to be thinner than 2mm. I tried several, even the one from a Morini 162 (O-Ring 162010A), from a similar part, with similar dimensions.

It's a freaking O-ring, and replacing it would make the pistol functional again! Any help is appreciated. You can overcharge me for that thing^^

Can you infer the size from this?

From your measurements, a 1.9mm wide by 2.8mm ID O-ring should be close. That is a standard size. If it's used at full SCUBA pressure, you should try to get a hard O-ring, like a durometer rating of A90, instead of the more common A70. Here's one that is A75:
