But if the pistol shakes during dry firing, what makes it not shake during live firing?

The pistol shakes because the striker hits a metal stopper which prevents hitting the valve. So that creates vibrations which you don't have with live shooting.
However I don't know if all mechanical triggers work in the same way when dry firing
