Nelson Custom Guns conversion unit

Can anyone confirm the accuracy of this unit? I seem to hear good things about it, that it is a refinement of the Bob Marvel unit. I am interested in buying one to mount on a Series 70 Gold Cup.

I have Ransom tested my Nelson. With good ammo like Eley and RWS it will be in the 1" average group size for 20 shots. The Nelson is Bob Marvels most recent effort.
