I purchased a Morini grip from Neal early this year. He declined to take payment until I had inspected it and approved the size and fit on my pistol. Delivery was prompt and service was friendly and professional.

I'm guessing that there is more to this story than has been communicated.

OK we all love Neal.

It's been two weeks, did you get a refund or resolution?

No reply from the OP. Did he lose interest in his own posting?

The thing that impressed me about Neal is that he shipped with no payment; not knowing me at all. Said, "send me a check when you get the stuff".

Been a loyal customer ever since.

Not defending Neal, but, did you (the OP) ask/call him (Neal) about availability before sending in your money? This is a simple Yes/No answer.

If 'yes' then did he have it in stock or did he say he had to backorder? If backordered, did he (or you) ask how long it would take?
