Magtech 22 SV ammo

Is the Magtech 22 sv ammo any good? I saw some older posts back in 2011 that say to stay away from it, Is it still an issue today.
A friend at work brought some yesterday from Dunams sporting goods
and wants to trade it for some of my high velocity ammo.

There's a lot of it going around in my country, we're neighbours with Brazil.

Go with the old advice, it still holds true; they're only for plinking.
