Looking at the right side of the barrel, do they spell "Olympic" differently in Italy?

Olympic in Italian is "olimpionico". I think this is just a spelling error. Makes it even more a "one of a kind".

K, Y and W are not characters used in Latin based languages, such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French in "older" words, only in recent acquisitions to those languages caused by globalization.

So it's a mistake on your part every time you write Olympic in English with an Y instead of an I... It really should be Olimpic... ;) (just joking...)

Misprint

Post by fc60 »

Greetings,

Coins and stamps that are produced with misprints often fetch a greater price.

This may be a greater opportunity than first realized.

Cheers,

Dave
