Post by janet carter »

Hi All
Have a steyr lp 10 dry fire a lot.

I find that the cam pin comes loss with dry firing and have lost the pin resulting in having to purchase a new cam so I can dry fire again.

Can anybody suggest a way to stop this happening

Regards

Just some ideas:

Maybe a tiny amount of super glue on the pin when replacing it, will keep it in place. Being careful it only goes where needed.

Another thought, would be to punch the metal close to the base of the pin.
