Gil Hebard

Post by djsomers »

Legendary Bullseye shooter Gil Hebard has passed on. I know many of us have been inspired by him and read of his achievements, love of the sport, and advice to fellow shooters.

Here is a link to his memorial site. I hope you will say a few words if Gil touched you.

Truly a great loss for those of us in the "Bullseye Community".

Over the years, I've made many purchases from Gil Hebard Guns.

Best one of all was his book, "The Pistol Shooters Treasury", which I must say definitely helped me a lot as a newbie to our sport. A really great read, I bought my copy right after buying a new High Standard Victor in 1977.

God bless, Gil!
