Bill, i can't thank you enough for the pre-shot routines and ficus points before releasing a shot. I am wobbly for sure and that makes me jumpy. With a rifle i can time my breathing and heartbeat with predictable movement through my sight picture but for now with a pistol i am having movement all over the place as i try to steady myself.

It's definately a new game and i love it. I printed your advice and will put it to use today for a few hours at the range and tomorrow is my first competition as a steel plate challenge. Not bullseye but it is something to get me used to addtional pressure.
