Pistol rug

Thanks to a member here of the forum, I will be have a Range box, what would make a all around good pistol mat (rug) and an all in one tool for the box (screw driver's ect)

A 'rug' can be a carpet tile (or an old carpet 'sample' swatch), or something like an old beer towel. Depends on what you want. Tools depend on the gun but I have at least a set of screw drivers and allen keys, but some pliers can also come in handy, as can a knife. I would steer away from something like a multi-tool - they are generally a poor substitute for the right tool (and more expensive than buying them).
