advice for scope and stand wanted

any suggestions on a spotting scope $250 or less and more importantly, what scope stand works best when shooting 10m off from a table?

Will the 45 degree angle work better and how important is a long eye relief when we are shooting off a table and dont want to break position? I guess it could depend on how close the scope stand can get me???

remembering that in a official match you can note use a scope! But at this distance, any 20x scope will work nicelly. I would advice you to check at ebay. and yes, a 45 angled scope would be nicer.
