Magnu primers for .45 bullseye loads?

Just got 3k Federal Gold Medal Match Large Pistol Magnum primers by accident and can't return or exchange them. Can they be used for a hardball load or will they just cause problems?

Use them. You'll be fine. I did exactly the same thing with small pistol primers a while back and didn't notice any problems. BTW Winchester Large Pistol Primers are the same for magnum or regular loads.

Thanks Marvelshooter. Did you notice any differences at all between them and standard primers in your loads, or was everything the same?
