Spotting Scope...Kowa TSN-1 or 821M

I have seem many for sale lately and would like to know which I should try to buy. Whatever input you can provide is greatly appreciated.

smallbore prone matches and eventually across the course with a .223

I think either scope is overkill for smallbore, but either would serve you well for many years. I know a couple of shooters that prefer their TSN-1 to their 821M. They say the mirage is better in the TSN-1. I have neither so can't really agree or disagree.

Buy which ever one you can get the best deal on, they both work very well.
