Were can I send my RIKA for Repair? After troubleshooting the whole system seems like that the problem is related to the serial port controller circuit. Any help will be appreciated.

Please, not looking for opinions or "You should Check..." replys, just need were to send and who should I contact for service.

Well, I sent the rifle sensor from mine back to the manufacturer. However that was two months ago and I haven't heard anything back from them yet.

I can supply you with the address if you want it.

Thanks all for the information provided. I'm located in the US. I was hoping to find a service center in the states. If not I'll then make the arrangement to send to the factory.

Can I suggest you try our hosts, Pilkingtons.

I am not sure if they are "the" distributor in the US but they are certainly "a" distributor.
