Webley pump

G'day, I bought a new Webley ultraglide pump on the net 4 months ago, worked fine until this week when it started to feel odd. Now after a couple of pumps it is getting air pressure resistance on the up stroke and nothing on the down stroke. I.m assuming there's a valve not working somewhere. Any advise/tips on rebuilding would be great as return to manufacturer in UK from Australia is not feasable. Thanks, Thruxton.
