I'm looking for a recommendation for a CO2 powered semi-auto pistol suitable for the 4-H timed/rapid fire pistol combo event. Currently I have a Crosman CO2 powered revolver available but the long, hard double action trigger pull is a real disadvantage in timed/rapid fire.
An auto pistol with adjustable sights seems like the better option.
What are other competitors using in this event?
Thanks!

CO2 pstols
I have had reasonable success with Twinmaster trainers with wooden grips purchased from Airguns of Arizona. The CO2 with the strange looking grip can also be purchassed with both right and left hand wooden target type grips that work well for the 4H competition. The Rohm company in Germany produces these entry level pistols and also produce more advanced competition pistols and rifles but most are as yet un proven in top level competition. Hope this helps in your search. Good Shooting Bill Horton

The rohm pistols that I refered to come with 12 oz bottles. Iv'e seen some literature that seems to indicate that they may be converted to compressed air but have no experience with this modification. Good Shooting Bill Horton
