please tould my about how meny hours shooter must be training aday

my scoring is 585-593 please tould me brogram for air rifle shooter

Lanny Basham says 5-6 day per week, several HOURS per day.

He also says for every record shot, fire 4 shots for group and 16 shots dry fire.

Others say 80% of time training a specific fundamental, 15% practice, 5% competition.
