scores in air rifle Vs standing smallbore

In general, the scores of a shooter is higher in air rifle than in standing smallbore. In my case it is the other way around and I don't understand reason. I use Anschutz 1907 and FWB 300.

Are you shooting on the 50' A-36 or A-17 target for smallbore, or are you shooting at 50yd/50m?
My first guess would be that the FWB300 may have lost its ability to shoot 10s consistantly because of age and bad seals. Have you tested the accuracy of both guns and matched them with an appropriate good lot of ammunition/pellets? If not, you need to do so.

I use ISSF targets and distances.
surely my FWB 300 are not as reliable as my 1907. Overalls in my mind. Thanks
