I recently acquired a used FWB 65 (I have been lusting after this pistol for about 20 years), and I noted that the sledge does not always return to battery in the shooting sequence. In short, the sledge is sluggish. Is this anything to be concerned about? Suggested remedies? Thanks!

concerned about, no not really, . You could take the lower grip frame off, I think its only 3 screws, all the airgun "guts" are in the upper half, and clean the rails and lubricate themif you like
