How high should my targets be?

I'm in the process up setting up an indoor air pistol and air rifle range in my basement.

I haven't been able to find the required target heights for each of these. If anyone has that information I'd appreciate it.

Center of target as close to 55 inches as possible. See the excellent page from the sponser:

Or if you prefer metric measurement that's 1.40M. More details are on the ISSF website - eg, lighting etc.
