GYAH s 65 z spotting scope ?

Anyone using a GYAH model S- 65-Z for 10 meter air pistol / 50 meter free pistol? Can the 22s be spotted on a cloudy day? I need a spotting scope with a rotating band. Ron, Park Ridge NJ
