I have a used one, everything seemed to be going pretty well.

Today I noticed that when I lift the loading lever it seems to bind as it reaches the top (port is all the way rear). When closing I notice a slight click, the loading probe clicks forward and to the side a little. It lines up fine when closing but that click and the slight sidways movement of the probe is a bit disconcerting.
The only change I have made to the gun is switch the large grips for medium, and switching back makes no difference.
The pin that moves the probe when the laoding lever is lifted seems to bind on the left hand side, under a retaining washer for said lever.

Any thoughts?

I suffered the same problem, I sent an e-mail to Morini and they told me to:
Hammer the pin back in line with the cocking lever and if it still does come out then:
You may put a TINY amount of Loctite 638 but you must be REALLY carefull of not having the glue going inside the pistol!
1/put the gun on a flat surface. With the wright tool push the pin out of the gun (from right to left ) holding the "bolt" i.e. 162027 with your finger in order to prevent it from turning.
2/apply a little amount of loctite on the seat (the hole) of the pin with a neddle
3/put the pin back (from left to right)
4/carefully wipe the glue away and move the cocking lever back and forth for a while
