What do you need fixed?
You can get a barrel weight, competition trigger,socket-head screw set for the shroud, bottom mag release for different grips, and other items at DJ Precision (www.djprecision.com).
They also do machine-work, and could modify your existing sights by milling the front-sight width down, or milling the rear notch wider - if that is what you are looking for.
