I just picked up a minty 65 and was wondering what should it's velocity be at? If its low who or what can I do to service it to get it up to speed again?

A healthy 65 should produce about 480 fps, give or take a little, with the lightweight RWS Hobby pellet.
If it's way low, there are several places out there that can replace the springs, piston bumper, and seals, including our hosts at Pilkguns. I don't recommend doing it yourself unless you possess the requisite specialized knowledge and tools.
