Shoe Trees

I'm about to order Anschutz Stenvaag shooting boots and I was wondering if the shoe trees are necessary. I see that they are to keep the sole flat but how bad do they get if you don't use trees? Thanks!

They are a must. They will keep your soles flat, which is the reason your are buying these boots. Any make will do.
