Sometime ago I read a rather long post at this site about wristmovement during the breaking of the shot (pistol) and how to avoid it. I think it was from a russian coach but I´m not sure. Tried to find it in the TT archive but wasn't successful. Could you please give me a hint were to look for it?

Are you talking about the article which spoke highly of the benefits training timed fire (5 shots in 20 sec.)?
