Need Help - AP20, LP500 Grip

I recently purchased an LP500 grip to use on an AP20 pistol, only to find that it does not fit. It is close, but there is an insert in the grip that must fit the shape of an LP500. Does anyone know if this can be made to fit with an adaptor or any other method? Or where can I find an AP20 Pro grip (LH) to fit my AP 20?

Hammerli/Walther calls their adapter to put an LP400/LP500 grip on an AP-20, a 3D joint. Look under accessories on their web page.

My suggestion is contact a Hammerli/Walther dealer, tell them what you want to do, and ask for the part.

To convert from AP20 to AP20pro the actual Walter grip is used and a 3d joint as mentioned above.
SportShootingDepot.com will have a few in stock mid-next week - in transit from Walther right now.
