Of all the junior shooters I remember, especially the 4H kids, I can't look back and recall any bad apples.
Its too bad there are people making policy on matters that they have no experience.

Look, we can’t have a bunch of future, possible voters out there running around with single-shot, precision rifles destroying paper products or, using up precious electric resources, especially in California, with those electronic target systems while people are trying to charge their (insert electric car make here) so they can drive somewhere to ride their bike!
