Probably a book

I downloaded a pdf on-line about gripfitting however, I cannot find where it came from. The first part shows a Table of Contents broken up into different parts.
1. The Essential Skills; 2. The Matches; 3. Improving Performance; 4. Mental Skills; 5. General. There are 123 pages. The only section at the end of the TOC is about Gripfitting.

If it is a book, I would like to purchase it. Does anyone recognise the above information?

Disregard this request. I believe that I have located the source, a book. A Shooter's Guide to Pistol Marksmanship by Allan Lozsan. It appears to be Australian and is long out of print.
