As a right handed shooter shooting a FWB300 shooting standing on a firing line, I have gotten used to reaching over the action with my left hand to cock and reload. I held the rifle on the stand with my right. I got to thinking that a left handed rifle, left bolt etc., would be generally more convenient for right handers. Has anyone else tried it? I do not have access to a left handed bolt action rifle, air or smallbore, to try it myself.

In the FWB 300 series the left handed rifle only has a lefhanded stock. The rest is identical. So the cocking handle is on the same side. So you could try becoming a lefthander to try this =-)

I was thinking about a left handed action in a right handed stock for use by right handed shooters. The FWB title was unfortunate, but shooting one was what let me to the idea.

I am RH, but shoot LH and shoot RH guns. It works well for offhand and from a bench.
