Sanderson at Rio World Cup

What happened to Keith Sanderson on 8 sec series on first day of Rapid Fire at the Rio World Cup? He was posted with a zero and no shots were displayed.
As far as I could trace Keith shot the whole match, but with 0 at the 8 seconds he most likely realized that he couldn't be selected for the finals. The '0' in the 1st 8" series I can only suppose that he had too many malfunctions. Also in the second run his performance was not 'as usual'.
But as mentioned this is what I guess that happened.
