I have purchased my tubes directly from his website.
He has given me very prompt answers, in spite of the time difference. Shipment has been quite good before Covid.

I too brought one online. Guy was very good even querying my measurement.
The track and Trace was good too
Occasionally he has a special so watch out for that. The NZ agent couldn't match the discount so I brought direct saved a little over NZ$100 even with the shipping cost
I brought mine at the beginning of this year during COVID
