It depends on the contract between the IOC and the media provider(s) in your location.

In the USA, the finals were streamed live and replays are available through nbcolympics.com. There's a sign-in process and it's not as simple as clicking a link but it's not hard. The basic process is to go to nbcolympics.com, click the "Explore Sports" drop down, click Shooting, and then read and follow the directions.

I was surprised to catch, by accident, the women's air rifle final on TV this morning. I think they showed a total of about 20 shots or fewer, but I guess that's better than nothing?

The difference between 1 & 2 is Olympic-ish, while 2&3 mind boggling.

1 & 2 had 2 more shots than 3 - not such a big gap really..
