Congratulations on the pb! The last target aspect really illustrates the importance of the mental aspect of shooting. I find that if I'm checking my shots with a spotting scope and am shooting well on a single bull target, the tenth shot to that target is usually not a good one. Better for me to not check any shots until it's time to replace the the target. Is ignorance truly bliss?

Thanks! Yeah the scope can kill your dreams some days. It might be that you try to hard to get that last 10 and you get stuck in aiming for to long, at least thats what happens to me at times.

Quite an improvement over my pb of 518. What did it was controlling that the weight is equally distributed on both feet: I tended to lean back too much. Could well be better had I not stressed after that round of 94.

Two ugly flyers, the ugliest - I tried to get my last shot to be the best :), and started pulling too early :(
I'll try to do better next week, but anyway - pb for now

I shot six "matches" this month and made a PB of 563 that is an outlier from my usual performance that averaged 550 for the other five matches. For whatever reason I just couldn't miss that day. I need to figure out how to tap into that more often.
