FWB 602 Trigger Adjustment

I have a FWB 602 and know little about setting it up. I have downloaded the manual from Scott's site. I need some clarity in how to adjust the trigger. Section 7 of the PDF manual addresses Adjustment of the Trigger [it is in PDF form and I don't know how to cut and paste it here]. The trigger is light, which is fine. It is not a two stage trigger as far as it currently feels. There is a lot of slack to pick up and then the trigger breaks nicely. If it is a true two stage trigger, could somebody tell me how to set it up? If it is not, could somebody tell me how to take out the existing slack before the trigger break?
The manual talks about trigger slack weight and trigger point weight. I am not sure what those terms mean in English. I think of slack in terms of distance, not weight. I see the knurled rings (10 and 11), but I am not sure what they actually do, and I sure don't follow the point of screw adjustments.
Thanks for any insights. If this is not a proper topic for the forum, feel free to contact me directly at mike@icyswan.com.
