I´m looking foward to this months Shoot! The Swedish Virgin Bikini Team started sorting my pellets last night. It was kinda funny becouse thier Corona masks were bigger than thier Bikinis! Tops and bottoms!

I have a request,

Going forward I would like to ask you all to not only post your scores, but how you shot them. By that I mean, what was going good? Anything that you felt was not going well? Especially you higher shooters, 560's 570's. You don't shoot those scores by chance, you must have trained hard to get there. No need to write a novel, just what was going right. What do you need to improve on. I am hoping to turn this into a session where we all trade advise, so that we don't get bored or frustrated.

It can't be as simple as a mcFlurry and a nap. or is it?

I was really tired and thought about skipping it. That said I did actually concentrate on front sight and follow through. McDonald's is in the opposite direction to the range so did not try a McFlurry

And since the OP requested info on what we're going through right now-
I just got a new grip from Rink two weeks ago. I bought my P44 used and the grip was too small and fitted to someone else's hand. I lived with it for a long time until ordering a fitted one last month. So right now I'm concentrating on figuring out a new comfortable trigger position. I think my base accuracy has improved with the fitted grip, but I have the occasional embarrassing wild flyer that I'm 99% sure is down to a bad trigger pull. I probably lose about 2-3 points per 100 due to fliers so I'm eager to get this figured out. :/

Hope to be joining you guys. Just starting this up:


For those CDARPC members interested in Olympic Air Pistol, we will be starting a training/competition session 7pm on Tues. nights starting on July 28.

This will consist of unlimited practice shots plus an "Official" 60 shot match. Scores will be posted for the match shooters AND on Siordian1's monthly
International Air Pistol Match at targettalk.org if the competitor desires. We will have a couple of "loaner" guns available.

We will encourage training shooters new to the Air Pistol game as well as the "old-timers."
Club members who are inconveniently distant may "compete" anywhere and post their score on TT.

We will be doing this for a limited time to see how well it works, so come on out and bring Member wives/older kids to "play the game."
This will be held in the air conditioned comfort of the Club House.

First attempt. Don't laugh. I was watching TV with my son while shooting, lucky no one lost an eye.

FAS 6004 with dremeled and puttied ambi grip. Really like the targetscan app.
