Hello,

I'm having some trouble with my HS10 target.
It was working fine but today i got this error.

[11:03:12 AM] WARN: Target 'FrameTarget_1' (Node '10') not operational. (Detected after sawtooth adjustment.)
Please verify the optical part of the target.

Does anyone know how this can be solved?

We have not encountered that problem. Have you tried rebooting? The Sius team responds quickly via email. You might try sending them a message. I would include a screen shot of the error.

Hi, this is Don with SIUS USA Tech support. Were you able to get this resolved? That error is telling me basically that there is no communication betwoeen the target and the PC. I have seen the main PCB inside the target frame slip out of the slot so the teeth arent fully seated, this might cause your issue. Start with the basics of the system, are all your connections tight, is the blue light on the SNI lit? If there is a red light showing you may have to download new drivers from the website 'software.sius.com' I have seen drivers become corrupted and cause a previously working target to stop working. If the blue light is on, and there is no red light, and the PCB is fully seated, make sure you are starting SIUSCommService prior to starting the SIUSLane. If you are still having issues please call SIUS Tech Support @ 803-546-7395 and I will see if I can get you going.
