I am looking for a good Wind Speed Meter
the one I am looking for has the small cups on the top not the fan blades
like one in picture

Unfortunately they are no longer in production.

I know nothing of this instrument aside from it is a similar design to the Windtronic 2 in that it can be mounted to tripod mount and displays the same information.
