High riser block use

When I shot, I used a 1/2 inch riser block.

I see shooters now using adjustable height risers, of almost an inch or more in standing.
If using one of these block sets, what do most shooters do for Prone?
I would not want to use such a high set in Kneeling.

How do shooters using these high blocks handle their sight use? From position to position.
And keeping track of their zero's.

For 3P, use three sets of risers, and 3 sets of sights (and three buttplates and three cheekpieces). This aids quick changeover and not worrying about re-zero. Not strictly necessary of course, just easier. In terms of the height of the risers, forget what other people have and put whatever you need to get your head in an upright position (relative to the shooting position) - especially in standing, if you're head is not as upright as possible then your balance will not be as good as it can be.

This is a pretty high example for kneeling, though not as high as some.
