Decision of the IOC Executive Board concerning the participation of Russian athletes in the Olympic Games Rio 2016

Fair enough for the athletes I guess. Still would like to see a stronger sanction against Russia itself though .... i.e. removing any IOC events from Russia for at least 5 years or so.
Also, note from ISSF that the 3 shooting positives were indeed entered into ADAMS as positives. If they indeed were, anyone know what the outcomes (sanctions, if any) were?
