cmp aces postal results

Post by siordian1 »

44 shooters participated. Not bad I guess. I tried to attach the results but could not. I will send the file if anybody wants to see it.

How does this work? Someone has to score you or you can shoot at home and this is basically an honor system?

You pay an entry fee and the CMP sends you targets. You shoot the match and send the targets back and they are scored via the Orion scoring system. If you have access to electronic scoring you can submit the electronic file.

How many times a year they hold this? What's an Orion scoring system?

It looks like there were 8 youth shooting in the PPP class. I don't see where it identifies those shooting: basic supported, standing supported or international standing. Can you offer any help interpreting the results? Thanks.
