Where to find 11 mm dovetail rail?

Greetings all,
anybody would know where to buy an 11 mm dovetail rail,
i.e., the upper part of the riser on the picture in the link?

Carl at Champion Shooters made up rail sections with through bolts that could be used to make handstops or other rail accessories. He also has made his own sight risers and scope rails. You might check with him.
