My son qualified for the 4 h national,for 3p,not sure if they follow 3.1 or 3.2 NRA rule-3.2 basically free rifle no trigger wt restriction.just need clarification ,emailed back for 4 h initially mentioned 3.2 rule but also included at the bottom of the email was 3.1, emailed them back to clarify but no reply

As far as I know 4-H nationals has not changed their rules.
3.2 - Any Rifle

3.2 is still in effect for 4-H Smallbore Nationals.
