Olympic front lug action

I recently saw a front lug (3?) .22LR target rifle marked Olympic.
Never seen one before. Anyone know who makes it. Are they accurate?

Where did you see it? The Grunig Racer is a three lug front locking action, but does not bear the word Olympic. Maybe Vaclav Harman's version?

My mistake. It is Olympian not Olympic
Turns out to be a two lug made in the 80s
Reviews were few and not too good.
