Rebuild/Refurb Feinwerkbau 103

Post by updawgs »

Just got my hands on a well-loved FWB103, and it looks like it could use some TLC. The charging arm is way loose unless pumped (so much that quickly tilting the pistol downward disengages the arm), and I can see where the previous owner was too generous with the FWB grease.

Is there a reputable gunsmith in the States that would be able to service/rebuild my 103? Would prefer that someone give the gun an entire once-over, including seal/lube replacement.

Thanks!

Congrats on getting the 103, it seems like you got the pistol for a very good price from an overzealous owner.

If you are mechanically inclined, you can purchase the seal kit and grease and make the replacement yourself, the process is quite straightforward. I still enjoy mine very much.

If not, you can contact our host, Pilkguns and ask them to service your pistol.

I have had a number of air pistols serviced by Pilk. They are professional, timely and their workmanship is beyond reproach. You won't be sorry.
